I'm Sara

I’m a proud mom to 3 wonderful young men, a keynote speaker, bestselling author, executive coach, and extreme adventurer.

But in 2013, I was at the lowest point in my life. Emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically unraveling, I found myself at a precipice: I could lose my life through all of this or find a new me. My resilient self chose the latter.

I made a point every day of getting outside, navigating through anger, pain, and grief while hiking 14,000 ft mountains and paddling 4-miles out to sea with whales and dolphins. Along the way, I discovered that our challenges can be our greatest gifts, if we know how to navigate them well.

Our world continues to go through crises and changes, with no end in sight. I wrote this book so that you could develop the resilience and strength to overcome any challenge and become the leader you were born to be. You don’t have to stay stuck. You can Walk Through This.

Praise for the Book

Layer 113

"This redefinition of forgiveness is needed now more than ever before. The collapse of spring 2020 has made it clear that trauma is part of being human. Through her remarkable and shocking story, Sara's experience and strength illuminate how a forgiveness practice is a beautiful tool for transformation and being truly alive. Though I've lived in the jungle for over a decade, this was a profound reminder of Mother Nature's healing power. I'll be returning to this resource frequently and passing its wisdom on to my children, as we all learn how to let go of negative feelings, practice kindness to ourselves (and others!), and create a better world."

—TAMARA JACOBI
