Watch Sara in Action

Sara Schulting Kranz is an authority in resiliency, leadership, and navigating change.

She is an extreme adventurer who has led hundreds of clients on leadership retreats in the Grand Canyon, guiding executives, leadership teams, and the USC men's water polo team. Sara also guided a female blind para athlete through the Grand Canyon to set a world record.

As a bestselling author, speaker, and consultant on change and resilience, Sara found herself "starting again" at age 40 after experiencing multiple traumas. Along the way, she discovered that change and challenges are constant, but few really know how to bravely navigate and lean into the gifts that come with adversity. Today, Sara's on a mission to help individuals and organizations transform their challenges into opportunities, and discover what's achievable when creating cultures of resilience, collaboration, and creativity.

Distilling 33-years of deep personal development and research into an effective resilience and change framework, she has empowered thousands of people, from athletes to executives of Fortune 500 companies, with the mindset and skills to boldly move forward within their organizations, teams, and at home.

A Note from Sara

I’ve earned a lot of labels in my life: bestselling author, executive coach, keynote speaker, media personality, retreat organizer, teacher, podcast host, and on and on. But, next to Mom, the label I love best is Guide.

I love seeing people and workplaces look up from their challenges and struggles to realize they absolutely, 100% can boldly move forward and achieve the long-term growth they want to see.

I’ve climbed the most dangerous mountains in the United States, paddled out to sea with whales, and hiked the Grand Canyon, but witnessing others’ ah-ha moments thrills me just as much.

Because it’s not always easy going forward. We all have rough terrain to navigate, whether that’s massive technology shifts, marketplace disruption, mental health, or any of the thousands of ever-evolving changes and challenges facing us every day.

But I know you have what it takes. And I want you to have everything you need to reach your goals. This is why I speak, why I host my podcast, why I write, and why I lead retreats; so you can climb that next mountain with confidence and hope.
